Organization and Institution subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the account billing section or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Course Enrollment Cancellations

Learners may request enrollment cancellation before substantial consumption of paid content. Eligibility for refunds follows the criteria listed in our Refund Policy.

3. Trial and Promotional Plans

Free trials and promotional campaigns may include specific cancellation timelines. These conditions will be shown at signup or checkout and will override generic cancellation windows where applicable.

4. How to Cancel

• Open your billing or subscription settings in the dashboard.
• Choose the active plan and select Cancel Subscription.
• Confirm the request and retain the cancellation confirmation message for records.
