1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment unless a different window is stated at checkout.
- Refunds are generally available when less than 25% of paid course content has been consumed.
- For subscription plans, partial or prorated refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on service usage.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests raised after the stated refund window.
- Purchases with significant content consumption, completion, or certificate issuance.
- Charges related to one-time setup, onboarding, or custom enterprise implementation work.
3. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. The actual credit timeline depends on your payment method and banking provider.
